It is important to understand any client's specific requirements. General Data takes the time to discuss pain points, goals, and challenges. This allows us to tailor your services to their needs and provide a personalized solution.
02
Proposal and Presentation
Based on the needs analysis, we create a detailed proposal outlining the services that we will provide, pricing, timelines, and any other relevant details. We are also prepared to showcase our capabilities, past successes, and differentiate our services from competitors.
03
Negotiation
If there is interest in moving forward, negotiations will occur. This stage involves discussing terms, pricing, and any customization required to meet the client's needs. We are prepared to be flexible and find mutually beneficial solutions.
04
Closing
Now it's time to act. Ensure all legal and administrative requirements are met to facilitate a smooth rollout. After the initial services are delivered, we follow up with the client to address any concerns or issues and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
05
Onboarding
After the sale is closed, it's crucial to onboard the client effectively. Provide clear instructions, set expectations, and introduce key contacts within your organization. This ensures a positive start to the service delivery process and helps build a strong relationship.
06
Service Delivery
Deliver services as outlined in the agreement. Regular communication, progress updates, and proactive problem-solving are essential to maintain client satisfaction. During the service delivery process, we identify opportunities for additional services or upgrades.
